What to include in your message
It would help us look into the situation if you could include the following.
- The type of your inquiry (bug report, feature request, or other)
- Your KoeSapo version (shown as “Current version” on the “Settings” tab in the app)
- Your device model and iOS version
- What happened, and the steps that led to it
Please do not include the contents of your conversations or any personally identifiable information, unless it is necessary.
If your voice does not turn into text
If the app shows one of the following messages, check the KoeSapo permissions in the iPhone Settings app.
- “Microphone unavailable”: Turn on “Microphone”.
- “Can’t start Speech Recognition”: Turn on “Speech Recognition”.
